It's ashame this one's out of print...

...because it's a really good book. The recipes are very tasty without being too elaborate or expensive and low in fat without tasting that way. Today you can buy entire books on vegetarian Italian food or Thai food but if you want a few dynamite recipes from several regions of the world, this is the book for you.
