Quick and beautiful reference book

This book is highly recommended by the program called "The Bible in 90 Days." The goal is for the participants to read the complete Bible in 90 days. The goal is not for an in-depth study of the Bible. In fact, some people who have done in-depth studies have never read the Bible from cover to cover continuously let alone in 3 months. For someone who is trying to read the Bible without getting bogged down this is an EXCELLENT book. It is thin, so it is easy to travel with. It is beautiful with photos, maps and timelines. It contains information on each book of the Bible on an easy to glance at 2-page spread. Essential names and places are pointed out. I highly recommend this book for its ease of use, content, price and attractiveness.

Excellent companion to the Bible.

WOW! I just received this book. It is awesome. What a great and awesome companion to the Bible. The pictures and maps are great and very interesting. I loved teh intro and preface. If you don't already have this book get it. It makes good reading before and during your Bible study.
