The Enforcement of Administrative Improbity Penalties

The penalties provided for acts of administrative improbity, of various kinds, depend on multiple actions so that they can be executed, and there is no exclusive or universal competence for this task. The work proposes to analyze the mentioned penalties, emphasizing the difficulties in the application, discussing criticism about the legal system chosen in Brazil, indicating the need for a database system for access and maintenance of all information on convictions and proceedings in progress, as well as the results in the executions, seeing this as the only legal way to find effectiveness in the application of penalties.
