From reading this book I've gained a great amount of insight into what seems to be a very complicated topic: The understanding of how the mind works. Mr. Zarro writes in laymans terms so anyone, at any level, can begin to understand the process in which the mind goes through in order for us to be who we are. How we became who we are, how to improve who we are, how we relate to the world, and how the world relates to us. In this computer age there still is a vast amount of people who have nothing to do with them. To become aware of the shoulder-top bio-computer popularly called our mind, and how it functions is a real step forward towards self actualization. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve his or her life. The real basic tools are taught within those 91 pages. Including useful techniques of self-hynotherapy, which is critical in re-programming imbedded patterns in our lives that are not useful to us. By understanding the way our minds process information we can then begin to improve and refine those ways to create an overall increase in positive outcomes in our lives. So, I say, begin now to learn about the bio-computer you have sitting on top of your shoulders, and use the rest of your life to install the proper software that will get you what you want in life. It really is as simple as that.
