Rhode left earth for a new realm in search of a simpler life, and found one in a world akin to fifteenth-century earth. Here she opened a library and solves life's little problems with the use of her magic. The only thing she's missing is someone to share it all with. But a handsome stranger may soon solve that problem.

Theo is on the hunt for a book, a magical one containing a spell that can save his sister's life. As a non-magical himself, he not only has to find the book, but also a witch willing to preform said spell. But as luck would have it, a witch with a love of books has just moved in a few towns over.

Theo is distraught when the pretty witch tells him the book can only be found in the Capital a few days' ride away, and even more distraught when he learns that only librarians can check it out. Luckily for him, she is open to an adventure.

Join them as they travel together, encountering dangerous mythological creatures and inn rooms with only one bed on their hunt for this ancient text.
