There are divers' ways God communicate his emphasis and brings us the dimensions of his realm to man. Firstly, encounter with the word and the second way is by impartation of the spirit.
The word of God is the strategy of God to crystalize spiritual reality and whenever time is of the essence God reveal his word.
Impartation come with a shift in spiritual dimension of what we know and the manifest reality we never knew were possible.
There are certain experience we come into because we are taught precept upon precept, line upon line according to Isaiah 28:10 ''for precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little''.
There are certain manifestation we to come into and because we were carried in through the vehicle of an impartation.

The lord is raising men of capacity in the spirit. To take over territories. To mount gates and to manifest dimensions of the glory of God. This is your time, so I speak unto you arise.
