This book appears in a context where the Democratic Republic of Congo still presents an extroverted economy, and an organizational deficit of institutions. Taking into account the mobilization of development energies that each country has, we want to try to understand the meaning of this mobility, if the Congo is launched at this decisive turning point of the world today and want to understand what must constitute the strategy of strength for the Democratic Republic of Congo in this neoliberal competition. Thus, this book has given itself the task of identifying these assets that must give weight to the DRC and allow it to conquer the economic world. It is a question for the Congo to take a new commitment as a means of possibility to rebuild the country on the basis of alternative theories of the emergence.
