The Elephant In the Room: What do we do when humans are no longer necessary?

By L.B. Kaelin

You've sent 200 applications. You've heard back from three. Two of them were scams.

The job market seems to have dried up overnight, and you are left wondering what to do.

AI capability is doubling every seven months. In early 2025, it completed one hour of expert work on its own. By spring 2026, it's starting to knock out a full workday with minimal to no human intervention.

Software developers, financial analysts, paralegals, marketers, accountants. The people who did everything right are suddenly refreshing their inbox wondering what happened.

Here's what happened. And more importantly, here's what happens next.

L.B. Kaelin helped build the AI systems this book is about. She contributed to the training data behind some of the most widely used AI models in the world, including Grok, GPT and Gemini. She led an international data team for xAI during its earliest growth phase. She now runs her own consulting firm, Red Rook AI. She wrote this book because she was tired of tiptoeing around the elephant in the room.

This book offers a plan for the future, something you can use to secure your advantage.

You'll learn:

How to assess your own exposure before the next round of cuts. How to position yourself in the parts of the economy AI can't reach yet.How to build something you own with the same tools that took your last job.How AI-discovered medicine and cheap energy could reshape your children's lives. And why the next three to four years are the window that decides everything.

Most people are still asleep at the wheel.
This book is for those who are wide awake, and want to prepare.
