Having performed some research, I've concluded that this manuscript was a functional textbook (handy reference) that was compiled by either an advanced student or a clinician (undoubtedly the latter), as an extension of the work of Dr. Albert Abrams. A source work from a bygone era; and it's fashioned in an alphabetical way, in regards to disease states. And so, I surmised through further investigation that this is undoubtedly a handbook that Abrams combined with his Oscilloclast (to lessees of the machine), to which the respective doctor extracted and added to (via medical notation). And it's illustrated throughout with anatomical drawings.
