How To Use This Book

Although it can be, starting with page nineteen this book is not meant to be read page by page, beginning to end, but rather kept around as a "small friend," and carried with you, so that you can turn to any page, any time, free associate, stream of consciousness with a thought or two, or think about one thought for an entire day, or perhaps a dream, and see what it brings to your awareness. The overall purpose of the book is to help us, my self included, both remember and find a way to integrate into our every day lives, what Teilhard de Chardin said: "We are spiritual beings having a human experience."

This book unmasks desert ego mind, picking up from when Bob Dylan sang "the answer is blowin' in the wind," and helps us see, although well meaning, Bob was half right; the answer is blowin' in the mind.

Padman is a senior teacher who has studied the Eastern spiritual approach to living for over 55 years.
