Efficacy is the power to produce effect, the ability to exert influence, to instigate change and requires a leader who is robust, that is a person who is resilient and reliable, capable of consistently functioning at an optimal level under diverse circumstances, without experiencing the slightest hint of failure. Leadership can be defined as the ability of an individual or a group of people to influence and guide followers or members of an organization, society or team toward a desired direction or goal. This entails a set of behaviours used to help people align their collective direction, execute strategic plans through teamwork, and to continually achieve something new and better. Usually, the group leader is the vision-bearer and often takes risks and challenges the status quo to enable the fulfilment of the vision.Leadership in any group is so crucial that it could be a leading factor in determining a group's ability to succeed and conquer against their enemy. Alexander the Great summarized this when he declared, "I am not afraid of an army of lions led by a sheep; I am afraid of an army of sheep led by a lion."
