A Grate Book!!

Kilpatrick provides a selection of homophones and other words that lend themselves to confusion. Most of the book is concerned with authors choosing the wrong word based on its pronunciation. Each case is presented with at least one example drawn from newspapers or other popular sources. He writes with wit and not a trace of humbleness as he points out the mistakes in others. This isn't a technical book but rather a delight to read while being educational at the same time.
