Missing a disc

Got this for my dad. He told me disc 1 is missing, which happens to be the disc with the most songs and hits on it. It was marked as "Good" condition and I don't remember seeing anything like: Number of discs: 1, or 1/2. I feel like if something is missing parts, it shouldn't be marked anywhere near "Good." Or resold at all, honestly.
