It is quite fascinating to think that the EARTH does not determine the harvest of any field, but the SEED does. It is also generally accepted that a farmer does not plant corn in the soil and then expect a harvest of tomatoes from the same. It becomes necessary; therefore, that Man carefully attends to how we sow (plant) and what we sow.

Jesus, teaching on how the Kingdom of God works in Mark 4, and Apostle Paul's teaching in Romans 10:8, help us identify God's word as seed and the heart of man as the soil. Sowing the word of God into the ground of the human heart (spirit), produces a harvest of the exceeding great and precious promises. Herein is the secret of Man's dominion. Deuteronomy 11:18, Proverbs 7:3 all encouraged us to WRITE the word of God upon the table of our hearts. And the Psalmist tells us in Psalms 45:1 that the tongue of Man is the PEN of a ready writer.

Believers must know that human hearts are created by God to yield a harvest of what God's word promised when the word is planted in them.
