He is over a foot taller than her with chocolate brown curls, blue eyes and dimples, plus, he makes her life miserable. Oh yeah He's one of her teachers Dr. SiBelle Van Der Meer was raised in the Netherlands until the age of 12 years old. After moving to the United States, she flew through her schooling and had earned 2 PhD's by the age 26. Not wanting to teach on a college level, she was the new Principal at Lehighton High School. Five feet tall, honey-gold hair, freckles and energy like the battery bunny, she was fearless and spunky. Charles Hokama Dey is a home-grown Lehighton boy. He grew up down the street from his best friend Zak. They went all through school together, graduated from college and came back to teach at their alma mater. Chuck at age 28 is 6 feet 2 inches tall and works out every day in the weight room with his football players & other student athletes. He teaches computer skills and coaches football. He still lives at home with mom and dad, but in an apartment above the garage so he can help them pay the bills. Spunky, does not describe Chuck He thinks she's the Wicked Witch of the West and she thinks he the Grumpiest man in the East.
