Definitely different from the movie but very readable I enjoyed it
I'm a Duff! Also, how do I get a Wesley Rush?

Absolutely loved this book. Rooting for B was so easy & learning to love Wes was even better. The change was slow & steady of Wesley's character & I adored him. This book describes the up & down feels of high school & teenage drama that comes along with it. If you have seen the movie & are jus going off of that. Read the book it's 10000 times better. More detail, more story line, more things to draw you in.
Surprisingly Amazing

I walked into this book thinking that this was one of those awful stories where the girl hates herself and needs a hot, charming boyfriend to make her feel better (the ultimate trope). But I was automatically shook by how realistically aggressive the main character was, and how accurate the characters were to real people. I absolutely loathe stories where the main character is dull, unrealistic, and cannot relate to the reader, but this story took my assumptions and threw them out the window. I am very much pleased with this book. My favorite thing is that the main character is not a blank, emotionless, dull washout, much like Bella Swan from Twilight, but instead holds her own and decides what they can and cannot do together in the relationship. It's a blessing to girls everywhere, and I am thankful.
