Each stage of the cycle must be must be managed efficiently to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services patient safety.This is a retrospective analytical study covering the period from March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.Our results show that, according to our hypotheses, the majority of our respondents, i.e. 17 agents (85%), considered the budget to be insufficient, while 3 agents (15%) considered it to be sufficient. Tables VIII, XI, XII and XIII, which present the favourable results, demonstrate that the performance indicators and tools for procurement and stock management are regularly maintained, as do the chi-square test results.
