Compelling First-Person Account

This is a most compelling first-person account of the Holocaust. It is the type of book you cannot put down ... thrilling from the first page to the last. It paints a very accurate picture of life during that time. It's very important for every student of history to read this book so that we never forget the price of our freedom. The book makes it quite clear that the evil and deception of that time happened one step at a time and inspires readers to be vigilant.

Having recently read over 30 Holocaust books I have to say this one gave more insight, details and information from the doctors personal experience as a Jew masking as a Christian. It is a book that everyone should read." Dr. Howard Rusk. I would add that EVERY student of history from high school level on up should read this first person account. This should be republished.
