What if your whole life was just in preparation for telling the greatest story of all time. A spiritual quest that embodied you with the living experiences to become its chapters within.
The Divine Misfit is about as unexpected as the Buddha mud wrestling Charlie Chaplin, and as logical as a fish riding a bicycle. Yet as we walk in the footsteps of its author, we unwittingly acknowledge that a divine purpose is irreversibly at work directing his will, and transforming him into a storyteller of everyday miracles.
David, our protagonist, is the least likely of candidates to have been chosen to walk this path. He is a self lampooning fool, hilariously bound by the absurd, master of his own downfall, and yet, sublimely protected by a guiding hand that has his back.
Whether he is lost in the Sinai mountains looking for Moses, working for the Mafia in Miami, or finding a Wolf on a full moon night in California, one cannot help but believe that just like an accidental tourist, David is...the Divine Misfit.
