All the government acronyms want Willie, and Tracy finally succumbs to one of their offers to capture him. Laying traps to catch Willie proves harder as he is tougher to capture.
The boys help Tracy with their improvised plans. Soon, they realize a supposed friend is Willie's spy and ally.

The final plan and trap work as Willie is captured while he attempts to steal a gold shipment.
Another Willie spy and partner help Willie escape with the gold. They only end up in a plane explosion and crash into the Atlantic Ocean.

The gold goes down with the plane, and Tracy and the boys head back to Galveston.
