Isfahan has become one of the tourist destinations in the world in terms of economy, society and population, as well as due to the existence of historical monuments. Therefore, many foreign and domestic investors have set goals in this city. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and design the stock market building as one of the important management and decision-making centers, whose architecture has a special place in the physical structure of the city. Considering that the stock exchange organization acts in line with the optimization of the available funds and also in the direction of increasing the usefulness of the society and the country, it should keep itself in sync with the new economic and scientific mechanisms and be a symbol of a healthy economy. In this research, the theoretical foundations of investment and the stock exchange were examined, and then similar examples and the design criteria and standards of the office building of the stock exchange were examined in line with the plan, and the design stage was based on the theoretical foundations, criteria and standards and by applying design solutions, the final design has been achieved.
