I'd buy this author again

Due to a vision problem, I've fallen woefully behind in my reading of medical thrillers, so I don't know what the state of the art is currently. I'd run out of good recorded TV (with a DVR, who needs live TV?), so I ordered this book. After reading the back cover, I was a little concerned that it might be "preachy" (I've encountered a few); fortunately not so. Wright leads you through a list of suspects, but doesn't give away the culprit until the end, which is complete with rescued heroine.
