Love this cookbook!

I absolutely love this cookbook. Everything we have made is fabulous. Personal favorites are the roasted cauliflower pasta, citrus pan roasted halibut, panko crusted chicken breasts. These are not difficult recipes, yet guests will feel like you spent alot of time and effort. My husband and I enjoy working together in the kitchen - and these are some of our favorites. I have bought this book as gifts for several of our friends, and they enjoy it as well.

GREAT COOKBOOK!

I have never written a review before. Reading the review with the 2 stars inspired me to tell you a little about OUR experience. We have probably used a dozen recipes out of this cookbook and they were all great! Cornish game hen, cauliflower soup, tomato basil soup, ribeye, croutons, halibut tacos and the best of all lemon bars! All so easy and so tasty!

Date Night Cookbook

Bought this for a wedding shower gift for my niece - she and her fiance' cook together most nights - so this is ideal; and full of good ideas using fresh foods. I've copied a few of the recipes before sending it off.

Ideal Book for Special Meals with My Wife!

I have been looking for just this type of book to help me cook for my wife. She has loved every meal I have tried so far. Meredith's recipes are delicious and easy to follow. I highly recommend this book.
