I currently have the 14th Edition of this fantastic resource. Stop asking questions on linkedin and other web sites. All your answers are in this book. A fabulous resource. Keep it hidden at home and use it for everything. You will seem so darn smart at work. I also own The Marketing Managers Handbook, The Advertising Managers Handbook, and The Sales Promotion Handbook

1200 Pages of fine print is a page turner!

Having exhausted my library renewals I could hardly wait to get my own copy and it was worth the wait. Any sales management topic that you are struggling with is handled here in a well organized manner and it's an easy read (for a textbook!). This book doesn't teach how to sell - it's all management. Just what I needed and more than worth the price.

Best overall sales management book I have read.

There are many extremely useful strategies and tactics to manageing a sales team. It has great list of relevant responsibilities to help the first time manager as well as refocus and remotivate the veteran.A good read with real content.
