The Darkness is Good: LITRPG - Book 1 - Earth Scar

By Ant Dragun

Koal wakes up to a changing world, chained to a giant sword called Earth Scar, and with no memory of how he got there, or why the mysterious weapon has chosen him.
Ancient powers are awakening, forgotten creatures are returning, and something far more dangerous than ordinary monsters is destined to emerge from the light. At the centre of it all is Koal, an unlikely hero whose journey through a world of darkness, magic, mythical creatures and deadly enemies, will force him to discover that the darkness is good, to collect precious Dark Affinity, and to embrace the darkness against the poisoning of the light.

As Koal's powers grow, so does the danger surrounding him. Kingdoms prepare for war, mysterious forces manipulate events from cursed light, and secrets begin to surface from a clouded past. Yet the greatest threats may not always come from the darkness. Sometimes, the brightest things cast the longest shadows where nothing is quite as simple as dark versus light.

The Darkness Is Good is a fast-moving fantasy LitRPG adventure featuring progression, magic, monsters, mysterious powers, dangerous enemies and a hero whose greatest strength may come from the one power everyone told him to fear.
