In the spirit of lighthearted and fast-moving D&D adventuring, The Dark Wall takes place in a subterranean world filled with unlikely beasts, dangerous landscapes and nefarious sentient beings. The underworlds, and the beings inhabiting them, are created on a fresh foundation of the surreal and the magical. They exist on a complex planet with a surface too inhospitable for familiar life.
Just imagine arriving someplace with no memories. You don't know your name, you have no idea about anything in your past, and to make things more dire, you are being chased by hideous hunters who desperately want to see you dead. When you fall into an underground cavern your challenges only multiply as you must make your way through four different underworlds before you have any chance of escaping what seems to be certain death. These are the trials of the main hero in The Dark Wall, and if not for his two acquired friends he could very well cease creating any new memories.
