So, this book is not written by a specialist.

I have no formal qualifications; hence why this book, is not written as a text book. So, why write this book, simply I have struggled and dealt with or seen all of this. So, why not write about my view, my perspective, in the hopes, readers will gain some understanding of knowing it's not just them. These are all misconstrued or falsely misunderstood facets of life. Usually, those who can't see them, do not believe them or are quick, to say, "well if you did this, etc." So, during each chapter, I endeavour to give a better insight into these. I like to call these, dark diseases.
