The Dark Lord, extraordinary

This book is for most ages, it is very much in the line of Terry Pratchett books, there are layers of meanings. It is an excellent story of our hero blithely believing that he knows how to "fix" another world. He will save it. The result is not only an excellent read, but a lesson is chaos theory and colonialism. We cannot imagine the unintended results of our consequences, all told with humor! I have just ordered the sequel. It will appeal to the gaming world greatly, lots of cool world building references that this nongamer only vaguely understood!
