These feelings are what inspired the paintings in the pages of this book. About the Author Theresa Baker was born and raised on the beautiful island of Kodiak, Alaska in the Pacific Ocean. She now lives with her husband, Craig, on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula. She has a master's degree in teaching, and a passion for anything artsy. She loved integrating art with core subjects while teaching her elementary age students. After retiring from teaching she became an avid quilter; winning many awards for free motion quilting. She now enjoys much of her time capturing emotions in scripture through her watercolor paintings. Other life joys are sewing, quilting, walking with her dogs, berry picking and spending time with her family and friends.
