'The Wolf of Hyannis' is a story about Leslie Anne Brennemann, a naive young waitress, who has been deputized to help with local police duties of a small town in the midst of a growth spurt. She finds herself in the middle of a serial killer investigation.
The learning curve to go from a curious waitress to a deputy is a lot steeper than she expected. Her investigative techniques have been developed from years of watching movies, but those skills do not work in the real world. They lead her directly into the path of a serial killer. Learning things the hard way has been a concept that Leslie is familiar with, but in this situation, she does not somehow, come out on top by the grace of God.
