Although retired, he continues being involved in community activities, especially the EMS, as a volunteer. Writing is usually a spur-of-the-moment activity, especially poetry. His first book, "Love in Three Sections" was published in 2012. He has many hobbies and interests, and lives in Pawcatuck, CT near the ocean.
