I can't get enough of those Cupcakes!!!!!

Bravo to Donna Benson and the Cupcakes Club!!! The second book in the series is just as great as the first. As a retired reading specialist and a mother of a young reader I would highly recommend this series to any girl in the "tweens" age group. They are fun, fast, and highly entertaining. The issues and situations are very relevant, and they are dealt with in a positive way. I can tell that the author has a lot of insight when it comes to how girls feel and think.Also, the books can be a great starting point to engage in some interesting conversations with your own child. Not only will your child enjoy reading them alone, but they are the kind of book that you as the parent will enjoy reading with them. Personally, both my daughter and I can't wait until the next book in the series comes out!
