The crux of the matter describes essentially what the problem is and whether there is any scope to rectify it. Truth being the essence of the authors involvements he investigated and published so that people are better informed to be able to make up their own minds on the basis of what the author has experienced and written in the series under the theme 'The Allurement of Reality'. Whether there are any moves to change the way the Constitution of the United Kingdom works is not something that interests the author. He simply wishes to stay within the present Constitution and work as best he can to push the agenda of the Conservative Libertarian Society with its off-shoot The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom.
