This is a Halloween story. It was just a year ago on All Hallows' Eve that an unscrupulous group of rowdies did untold things to a nice couple, resulting in the couple’s death. Well, the young man Eric (Brandon Lee) is back and invincible. It is time to give the rowdies the death wish treatment. One by one, they are uniquely dispatched, and, in the process, a mother and daughter are reunited. The local police officer (Ernie Hudson) sees dead people. Will Eric balance the books, or does he find out that you can’t when all the time? In the process, we get to see all kinds of violence, personal and big-time. If you like revenge stories, this is for you.
