A must for crab-lovers

This book has it all if you love crabs. Entire chapters dedicated to: Appetizers (including spreads, dips,etc.), Crab Soups, Crab Salads, Crab Cakes, Soft Shell Crabs, Deviled Crab, and Imperial Crab. The recipes are gastronomically pleasing! The book is a compilation of the author's favorite self-tested recipes of crab dishes from the country's best crab chefs.
