The Covenant

A covenant must have what it gives to the parties involved and what it demands from them. This means there are things God is bound and obliged to do for you in this Covenant of Life in Christ. This also means there are things you are bound and obliged to do for God in this same covenant. Two of the greatest import of this Covenant of Life in Christ are that: It offered God the opportunity to dwell inside of man. If God dared put Himself in us, then He has dared us to taste and partake in His Divine Nature and Eternal Power - 2 Peter 1:3-4.It offered man an appreciable level of divinity where he participates and enjoys the Divine Nature and Eternal Power of God - Colossians 2:9-10.Don't allow any Theologian or Minister of God or even an Angel, theologies or sermonize you from believing and living out your God's given potentials in Christ. It's yours to loose. It's squarely in your court. The potentials are too awesome to contemplate and fritter away. Think of it: why should God be sitting right inside of you? Maybe to be watching Television with you or playing football with you? Friend, it's time for you to stand up and partake in this God's Life, readily on offer to all who comes into this Covenant of God in Christ.
"If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him." - John 14:23. [And I know Jesus does not lie nor exaggerate. If He has said it, that is it].

God created man out of what and how He is. He created man in the sense and form of what and how he is, in the fact and quality of being alike with Himself. He created man to being His - resemblance, image, similarity, similitude, sameness portrait, representation. Irrespective of what Theology and Theologians may say, when the Bible said I was created in the Image and Likeness of God, God was simply telling me that He had created me in the quality or state of being similar to Himself - with the full Life and Potential of Godship at my disposal. But in that great fall in the garden, man lost this. And in Christ Jesus, through this Covenant of Life, God unrepentantly offers man again the lost opportunity of His Image and Likeness, an opportunity to participate in the Divine Life amongst others.

But most heart rendering, through Religion and Theology, this Covenant of Life in Christ have been whittled down to mere inconsequential religious beliefs, activities, ceremonies and rites.
