Candy Read - Sweet and Easy

The atmosphere was extremely cozy. The small town on the coast working in the coffee shop vibe was really pleasant. The murder mystery aspect felt rushed, awkward, and wasn't really the kind I think a person could figure out, it felt more like a subplot. The overall theme I think is a person trying to gain their life back after a traumatic experience and the mystery felt like an interruption. Honestly if the murder mystery was written a little better and didn't seem so random, it could have been 5 stars. The cozy atmosphere carried this to 4 stars. Loved the characters.
