The Cosmic Cook-Off

By Donald Beavers

Embark on a deliciously chaotic journey through the cosmos with "The Cosmic Cook-Off," a wildly inventive science fiction comedy that blends culinary chaos with intergalactic absurdity.

In this sixth book of the acclaimed Doctor Felix Bumblesnap series, join a brilliant and maddeningly unpredictable scientist, as he and his skeptical team-including the pragmatic Captain Abby Sparks, the philosophical smoothie enthusiast Bobo, and the diligent sanitation robot VGR-venture into the heart of the Galactic Gastronomy Gauntlet.

This isn't just any cooking competition; it's a thrilling race against time and space, where the stakes are high, and the ingredients are out of this world. From Volatile Plasma Puffs to Sentient Space Spuds, Felix and his team must navigate bizarre challenges, unpredictable equipment, and the occasional existential crisis.

But when their culinary experiments start going hilariously wrong, from creating sentient appetizers to broadcasting their anxieties across the galaxy, they find themselves in a delightful mess of their own making. "The Cosmic Cook-Off" is a feast for the imagination, packed with witty dialogue, clever scientific puns, and a heartwarming exploration of the beauty in chaos.

Whether you're a fan of science fiction, comedy, or just enjoy an adventurous read, this novel promises an unforgettable ride. Get ready to laugh, marvel, and ponder the very nature of existence as you follow Team Earth's journey.
