The Correction: A Supernatural Thriller

By franklin christopher

KARMA HAS COME TO COLLECT AND EVERY DEBT IS PAID IN BLOOD

Sixteen-year-old Mora Manning is certain she doesn't belong here with the murderers and thieves. The worst thing she's ever done was say a few harmful words to herself.

Karma disagrees.

She is one of a hundred students admitted to Karma's School of Correction, and this school isn't like any other. It runs on blood given willingly. Food. Sleep. Class attendance. Every door you walk through is paid for by draining the blood from your own hand.

Every cruel word humans have ever spoken and every harsh deed they have ever committed is recorded in a book called The Uncorrected. Mora has thirty days to correct 334 of her 1,000 acts. Fail, and she is pulled back into the Threshold to fight for another chance at the school.

Mora starts to believe she can survive this. Then the reflection girl who dragged her through the mirror appears in her sleeping chambers one night with a mysterious message, and Mora realizes this school doesn't only have rules. It harbors disturbing secrets.

And while she fights for her life in another dimension, her family is being torn apart back home. What's buried there is dark enough to get all of them killed.

The Correction is the third book in the Reflection series.
