Are good people who do bad things for the right reason still good? Robin Hood poses this same question to us. Both lived extremely different realities even though they faced many of the same social and political problems. Still, food was something that wasn't taken for granted by anyone, except royals perhaps. With Robin Hood and Little John's help, we've put together this cookbook, revisiting all of their adventures, but, more importantly, so you can get as much insight as possible as to what the food may have looked like back then. Because no, there wasn't a whole lot of salmon lying around, nor were truffles an everyday thing even for the rich! Thus, we've gone ahead and come up with our own version of simple, unpretentious dishes using basic ingredients. So, get your bow and arrow ready because a Medieval world of flavor is waiting!
