Ryan is a military construction worker who gets sent to a high security level 4 science lab to do demolition. He comes in contact with a substance that gives him superpowers. The government does tests on him and determines he'd be best suited and useful in the field to stop a Super-Villain who had stolen the same substance and used it to gain his own powers. Ryan goes head on with the villain in order to stop his reign of terror.
