The Confidence Switch: Flipping The Fear Of Being Seen

By Mr Alec William Johnson

You were never afraid of the camera. Just the story you told yourself.

Most people believe confidence means being polished, fearless, and naturally good on camera. But that belief keeps far too many people stuck, waiting until they feel ready, sound better, or look more like the version of themselves they think others want to see.

The Confidence Switch offers a different path.

This book helps you understand why being on camera can feel so uncomfortable, why confidence has been misunderstood, and how to stop approaching visibility as a performance. Instead of teaching you to become someone else, it shows you how to reconnect with the calm, clear, grounded version of you that has been there all along.

Inside, you'll discover how to:

reframe the fear and self-consciousness that show up on cameralet go of perfectionism and the pressure to performmove from performance to presencecommunicate with more authenticity, clarity, and easebuild real confidence through a new internal story, not a fake external image

Blending practical insight with honest reflection, The Confidence Switch is for entrepreneurs, educators, coaches, creators, and professionals who know they have something valuable to say but have held themselves back from saying it on camera.

This is not a book about becoming more polished.

It is a book about becoming more present.
