Frank Dunster, as Helmsman of the Hayling Island Lifeboat, was decorated by the RNLI for bravery on several occasions.These days, he is the owner of Hayling Rescue, a well known professional Rescue Rib based in Chichester Harbour. His musings and reflections on his life as a Waterman and Rescue Patrol, are sometimes referred to as his 'Confessions', and have become required reading for his many Facebook friends.In these pages you will find a multitude of tips on how to stay safe on the water, tales of disaster and heroism, and of course the answers to many of life's mysteries such as: who is The Bishop?
