One of Our Favorite Cookbooks

I picked this one up on a whim from the bargain bin at a large bookstore chain. This is far from an all-encompasing "complete Spanish cookbook", but the recipes it does have are well written. The photography is exceptional and come very close to the final product you can cook at home. I gave this five stars b/c we have been able to come up with 6-7 keeper recipies out of tThe Complete Spanish Cookbook. Most of those are what we would call "guest worthy" - meaning that the exceptional flavor and presentaion of these recipies would bring a real wow factor to a meal.
