The complete Idiot's Guide to Successful Outsourcing has been an excellent resource guide for our business. This is a very good resource guide as our business was not even sure if outsourcing was the way to go and it has helped us to formalize our business decisions. I totally disagree with the below reviews. There are lots of good books on outsourcing available, but this one was a great way for me to get introduced to the topic. Now that I've received this initial education I'm ready to read and learn more. I walked away from this book knowing alot more about the pros and cons of outsourcing then before.
very helpful

I'm really new to outsourcing. Many of the outsourcing books are written for people that already have experience doing this. I particularly liked this book because it assumes the reader knows nothing about this topic. I like the easy to understand approach the author took.
