Nummy!

What a great book!!! Not one recipe that we've tried has been less than fantastic tasting! The recipes are accurate, the pictures appealing and the end results are worthy of the most elegant guests and enjoyed immensly by the family. If you like to cook and you like soup, this is a book you should have in your kitchen.

This is my favorite cookbook and by far the one I reach for first. While trying to eat healthy and use fresh veggies whenever possible this book makes it easy. I've never been a "soup" person but am now converted! Would recommend this to a friend or relative.

soups galore - fabulous

I have several soup books, being a soup-aholic. However, I have never seen so broad and interesting a collection of soups such as this book brings together. This is a UK book, and many of the recipes come from the British Isles, Africa, the Carribean, and Asia. It will take me a long time to try all of these offerings, but the book serves as a good read....a lovely book to pour over and muse upon - great pictures, healthy and fresh ingredients, and interesting preparation tips. This is by far my most treasured cookbook!
