The purpose of this book is to provide alternative methods for teaching some of the basic Mathematical concepts at a Secondary level. It is a guide and a reference for Maths teachers who may be struggling or perhaps, disillusioned with the accepted explanations in the Standard Maths Textbooks. It is also intended to stimulate and provide alternative approaches to Mathematical concepts. A standard text book usually provides an explanation of how to perform a process in Maths. However, not all students will 'get it'. This guide is designed to provide you, the teacher, with another way of doing it. Hopefully, giving the student an opportunity to be successful. Also the methods described in this book are aimed at reducing the amount of facts and processes the student needs to remember to help master the various concepts more easily.
