There is something seriously wrong in West Hornsby, the people have disappeared. Tyler and Fletcher went to rob a house but things didn't quite go to plan. They ended up in a race for their lives out of the city. That was bad enough, but what made things even worse was they were being chased by creatures clearly not human and considerably stronger than either of them.Somebody is trying to contact a young wizard by the name of Grisbain in his dreams while he is asleep. He doesn't know who they are or what they want. With his two friends Tyler and Fletcher away from the village far longer than they should have been he is worried. There is a feeling of change in the air, one which will threaten the very existence of the people in the land. Something is coming and it is going to threaten all of them.
