When a mysterious magic rose appears in her living room the first night she is home, Mari is unwittingly pulled into a plot where members from each species of Other has gone missing. With unlikely allies at her side, and a host of pissed off Others looking for retribution, can Mari survive long enough to keep herself out of the hands of whoever is collecting the Others?
