Louis L’Amour is husbands favorite books. Wanted to surprise him but I got a horrible disappointment

The books came today and I was so disappointed by the way of your shipping. This book was totally bent to pieces, I had purchased it for a gift for my husbands birthday but it’s so damaged I’m to embarrassed to give to him. It was bent upwards from the bottom of the right corner up to the top of the picture of the left side just as if your making an airplane. I’m so disappointed in you considering I buy books almost every 2-3 weeks. 😔

This is a great book and any fan of Louis L'Amour will love the read. I am reading it through a second time, already.

Louis L'Amour Rocks!

I love Westerns, and I absolutely love the way Louis L'Amour tells his Western stories. Granted, there's not always a lot of suspense with regards to the outcome (L'Amour seems not to have been enamored of downbeat, twist, or morally ambiguous endings), but there's often considerable suspense along the way. The writer was a national treasure, and if your tastes run along the same line as mine, this book will be your personal treasure.

Great gift for Dad

I annually purchase a Louis L'amour book for my dad as he has become an avid reader of his books. The stories take him back to days of Roy Rogers and Trigger. A great read for those who love the duke and weekend westerns.

listening enjoyment

This set of cd's are a great listen-I listen to them at work and even though it would seem to be a distraction, these stories actually help me concentrate. Very enjoyable.
